What to Expect 

Our neurodiversity support sessions are designed for individuals with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, or other neurodivergent profiles, as well as those seeking better understanding of themselves or loved ones. We provide a compassionate, non-judgemental space to explore strengths, challenges, and self-advocacy. Sessions may focus on emotional regulation, identity, communication, and practical coping tools for daily life. We celebrate neurodiversity and work with you to build confidence and self-understanding.
