Initial Consultation

Service Description

An initial consultation is a free 15 minutes telephone conversation, in which you can ask any questions that you may have about having counselling. It is also an opportunity to share a little about what you have been experiencing in order to find out if counselling with us would be the right choice for you. Finally, you will be able to find out the times and dates of our next available Counselling session and book a session.
