If you’ve only partially completed the form, don’t worry. As long as the essential information and agreements are provided, you’re ready to start. Any remaining sections of the form will be completed with your counsellor during your first or second session. We offer this option to make the process more accessible—our director is neurodiverse and understands that everyone has different needs. For some, filling in forms can feel overwhelming, so we provide this flexible approach.

By now, you should have received your welcome email titled “Starting Your Counselling Journey.” This email contains details of your session day, time, location, and your assigned counsellor, as well as information about any payments you may need to make.
You are ready
Now that you’re registered, all that’s left is to look forward to your session. We understand that starting something new can feel daunting, but every counsellor at our service has had counselling themselves. This personal experience helps them understand what it feels like to be in your position and enables them to offer our services with empathy and insight.
